Wealthy House Painter tip #70
By Terry | July 20, 2010
Look for neighborhoods where it seems like everyone takes pride in their homes, their yards and their vehicles. Of course, target homes that are in need of painting work. Perhaps you can hand write something on the back of your flyer or business card like, “I will paint the trim on your home for x amount of dollars, give me a call.” The idea is to get started in a good neighborhood, and when you do be sure you put a job sign in the yard for all the neighbors to see. Homeowners usually feel better about hiring a company once they see your work because no one wants to be the first to try out a new business.
